Ways to Debadge Your Car

Many people choose to debadge a car in order to customize the exterior. This means that all of the manufacturer's logos and symbols are removed. The most important thing to keep in mind in this process is that you do not want to damage the paint, so go slow and steady.

You can loosen the adhesive on the logos by spraying a solution on them. Give the solution some time to work off the glue before trying to gently scrape it away. You may want to try using dental floss to that you do not scratch the paint. The long end of a credit card can also work. If you have any trouble getting it off, add some heat with a hair blow dryer. Once the residue is gone, wash off the rest of the area.
