Tips to Removing Vehicle Badges

Most vehicles come with a badge or decal that indicates the type of car being driven. It may also indicate where the car was purchased. However, they are simple to remove, and you can find the exact steps by looking at your owner's manual.

As a general rule, they are held on the vehicle by some form of adhesive. To remove the adhesive, simply use a hair dryer or hot water to soften it. From there, the badge should come off of the vehicle with little effort. It is important to keep the badge in good condition as it may need to be reapplied when selling or trading your car or truck.
